There were potholes, buckled areas of pavement from tree roots, broken concrete curbs, large areas of cracked pavement, and faded parking stripes. That’s a lot of pavement damage!

As soon as we had agreed on a scope of work, the Rainier Asphalt & Concrete crew got out to the property. First we saw cut damaged asphalt to remove tree roots, and then milled the surface of other areas to remove cracked asphalt. Then we replaced over 380 tons of damaged asphalt at 3 inch depth for a full pavement replacement. We also filled over three thousand feet of cracks, and applied an asphalt sealcoat over 106,500 square feet to protect from future wear. The damaged curbs didn’t escape our repairs either, and we replaced over 90 feet of curbs.
